Hyderabad: Y. S. Sharmila will launch her political party on April 9th at Khammam show as per sources. She will announce her party’s name, agenda in the presence of a huge gathering on that day. Party leaders are expecting exodus from the congress and the TRS on that day into Sharmila’s party. Right now, party’s name according to the speculation is YSRTP.
Sharmila reached Hyderabad from Bangalore on Sunday night, she discussed on key issues with party leaders at Lotus Pond on Monday. Initial plan was to launch on July 8th on the eve of late YSR’s birthday, but Sharmila personally felt that it will be too late and confirmed April 9th to float party and make foray into Telangana politics.

Party leaders work for a huge success
With the announcement that Sharmila will launch her party on April 9th, party leaders started their ground preparations to make the launch a huge hit. They are expecting more than a lakh crowd as Khammam is a border district for neighbouring state, Andhra Pradesh. A huge cut out of Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy at the backdrop of the stage, Sharmila and her mother Vijayamma’s flexis are to be arranged for that day.

Exoduses from TRS, Congress?
Sharmila’s party leaders are confident that few leaders from TRS and Congress will come out and will extend support to Sharmila on April 9th. They strongly believe that Sharmila will be a reckoning force in Telangana politics in coming days. Sharmila will organise party operations from Lotus Pond and committees will be formed from May 14th as per party sources.
Telangana is going to witness another political party with a woman at the helm for the first time in history of the State. Earlier in United Andhra Pradesh, Laxmi Parvathi did the same by floating a party, but she failed to sustain it. Will Sharmila become successful and fight against tough, senior politicians in Telangana?
