- Prakash Raj rubbishes plans of starting new association
- Panel members allege Mohan Babu used abusive language

- Vishnu should implement manifesto, says Prakash Raj
Hyderabad: The MAA elections were over but the internal warfare is still going on between two panels which took a dramatic turn on Tuesday. For the first time in MAA elections, we have witnessed abusive verbal language, warnings, attacks and allegations of distributing money. The atmosphere was like a war zone on the voting day, with Mohan Babu monitoring the situation in a forceful manner.
On Tuesday, Prakash Raj addressed media and said all 11 EC members who won from his panel will resign. This is to give full freedom to Vishnu to work freely and with efficiency. If the bylaws like non-local contesting in MAA elections are changed, then certainly I will take back my resignation, Prakash Raj said.
There is lot of misuse of power, irregularities in polls and the behaviour of Naresh is not acceptable. The ballot papers were counted a day after elections and results were manipulated, Prakash Raj alleged.
Senior actor Banerjee came down with tears by saying that Mohan Babu came up with abusive verbal language, the same with actors Tanish and Prabhakar.
A few hours before Press meet by Prakash Raj, electronic media showed over enthusiasm with clippings and scrolls that there was a split in MAA and Prakash Raj is starting new association in the name of AATMA. Few channels started debate that Mega family is behind Prakash Raj and pushed for a new association. They went on to say that association will be registered in Delhi and Mega Camp took Vishnu comments on Chiranjeevi seriously.
Even the media went on to say that MAA is divided on caste lines and the breaking news ran for at least 30 minutes in all Telugu regional channels. Later Prakash Raj came up by condemning the allegations. He clarified that there is no association coming up and will question Vishnu whenever necessary on the development of MAA.
