New Delhi: Narasapuram MP Raghurama Krishnaraju underwent medical tests at AIIMS on Thursday and reports say that he had severe tissue damage to his legs. MP was in AIIMS from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm and was treated by senior doctors under supervision of AIIMS Director Randeep Guleria . CT scan, EMR tests were performed and doctors strictly advised him to take complete bed rest for two weeks.
His two legs were dressed with bandages and doctors made clear not to walk on the floor until injuries are completely healed.MP arrived in a special flight from Begumpet to Delhi after he was discharged from Army Hospital, Hyderabad, on Wednesday. His admission in AIIMS was delayed because of unavailability of room. After doctors concluded that there is no need of admission, Raghuarama returned to his residence on Thursday. Union Health Minister Harshavardhan made a call to Dr. Guleria and inquired about Raghurama’s health condition.
Raghurama was confined to wheel chair in hospital and did not address media after tests were performed. Supreme Court directed MP during bail not to speak with media about the case and health conditions under any circumstances. But MP took on Twitter which reads that he would like to thank everyone who stood by him during this difficult time.
