Pawan Kalyan yet to decide about allies

  • No positive response from TDP or BJP until now
  • Jana Senani is in “Wait and watch mode”
  • Bargain of seats with TDP on cards
  • Pawan to start State tour from Dasara

Amravati: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan will start his State tour from Dasara, most probably from October 5th from Tirupathi as per party sources. The purpose seems to be strengthening the party at grassroot level by the time tour starts. In the mean time, Nadendla Manohar, PAC Chairman of Jana Sena is busy with party office openings at district levels. The tour will be mix up of paadayatra and bus yatra, depending upon route map and political situation by that time. With Nara Lokesh of TDP planning a walkathon from the same date from Srikakulam district, AP State appears to be filled with fire crackers on ruling party from both the opposition parties in the month of October. AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan reddy  also has a plan of tour state after September 2nd, on the eve of late YSR’s Jayanthi prior to opposition rallies. There is no doubt that Andhra Pradesh  will watch political tsunami in coming days.

Rousing reception for Pawan kalian

There was a rousing reception for Janasenani as he entered Chilakaluripeta in old Guntur district on Sunday as a part of tour to console families of tenent farmers who committed suicide as they were unable to repay loans to banks. Pawan Kalyan gave one lakh rupees from party fund to 80 odd farmers’ families. There was a huge turnout witnessed in heavy rain for Pawan with women and youth in large number and who cherished hia presence after Janasenani called people to extend support to party in coming elections for safeguarding the state. Give one chance to Janasena, Pawan requested women, youth and farmers, who promised that his next visit will be in the month of October as part of the State tour.

Wait and watch mode for alliance, say Janasainiks

While addressing public meeting in Chilakalurupeta, Pawan said that his alliance is only with people but not with any party. I will not change policies for the sake of money and I joined hands with TDP and BJP for the sake of the people in 2014 and left both the parties in 2019 for the sake of the same people as the parties did not keep up promises. I am not disgusted with comments of YCP leaders against me, let them take time up to Dasara, but after that I won’t tolerate and will give suitable and befitting reply during my State tour, Pawan said. I am an adopted child of people, but Jagan is adopted son of CBI, will see in 2024 elections, Pawan concluded.

Few days back, Pawan gave three options on alliances for the next assembly elections, but the options thus far don’t appear to be working. There is no positive reply from BJP and on the other side, TDP is in dilemma whether to go ahead with Jana Sena or fight it alone. Chandra Babu Naidu looks to be happy with the response from public during Mahanadu and in Anakapalli tour last week. Why to be in a hurry about alliance and seat sharing, let us wait for a few days, say TDP cadre and the same refrain is heard with Janasena leaders after watching huge response from crowd at Chilakaluripeta on Sunday night.
