Jubilee Hills Gang Rape Case: Victim Identifies culprits

Hyderabad: A key development has taken place in the sensational Hyderabad Jubilee Hills minor girl gang rape case. The police have completed the identification process of the accused with the permission of the court.

Among them, prime accused major Saduddin is at Chanchalguda jail. The other five minors are said to be in a juvenile home in Saidabad. The police conducted the identification process of the accused in the presence of the judge. The victim was taken to Chanchalguda jail by the police. The victim identified the accused Saduddin in the presence of the judge. The victim then spotted five minors at a juvenile home in Saidabad. While placing the rape accused among the other inmates in the jail, the victim identified them. The judge recorded the details mentioned by the victim.

Police, meanwhile, are preparing to conduct DNA tests on rape suspects. Police asked the court to allow their DNA tests, and the court allowed it. The police will conduct DNA tests on the accused. The main accused Saduddin, who is major (18) did not move bail plea, but bail plea of four others was turned down by city courts on June 22nd. The court agreed with contention of investigation agencies that cited reason of political influence during the investigation.
