Nellore: The Big Boss fame, film critic, social media activists, Kathi Mahesh’s condition is improving and there is no immediate life threat as per sources. But the road mishap hit him so badly that he lost the left eye sight completely according to his nephew Sri Ramulu. In a road mishap, actor, film critic, social media activist Kathi Mahesh was severely injured on Saturday morning. Innova cryste car in which Mahesh was travelling rammed into a lorry from behind causing critical injuries to Mahesh, who was not wearing seat belt when the incident took place. His eyes and head hit the dash board with a force that even the air bags which were opened could not save his eyes.

Mahesh is well known as a film critic who worked for electronic media (10 TV) and known for satirical comments on film celebrities. He is a popular social media activist also. His programme ‘Kathi Khatar Varthalu’ gained huge response from public. He used to write film reviews for websites earlier before entering electronic media. His remarks on Lord Rama and Sita became controversial in the year 2020.

Mahesh , a Dalit, participated in political programmes involving Dalit movements. He became more popular in social media after he came down strongly with his remarks on Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan during 2019 assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.
