He is a walking library

Can reproduce Shakespeare

Almost omniscient

I wonder how one reads so much

More so retain it in memory

For sure I can’t do that.

I read very little

Only what interests me

I read very slow

Getting lost in thought.

Not being widely read

I can’t quote from texts

Have no claim to scholarship.

Our ancient saints

Had not much to read

Still contemplated on what they had

And lots of things to say

For the well being of mankind
