Hyderabad: Amid an unabated controversy on a cow being found shot dead near her farm house in Parigi, Tennis star Sania Mirza clarifies that she has been out of the country since September. This clarification was given in the light of continuous speculation about a farm house and the statement given by Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh, known for controversial statements, stating that the farm house belongs to Tennis player Sania Mirza.
Sania clarifies
Sania Mirza came up by with a clarification on Thursday saying that fake allegations are made against her that farm house where the incident happened belongs to her. She said she is no where concerned with farm house and the alleged incident. Reacting to BJP MLA Raja Singh’s statement that she was present when incident took place, she replied that she was out of country since September.” Generally I won’t respond to the fake news, but I wanted to put an end to these speculations, there is no employee by the name Omer who is security guard for farm house as mentioned by the media, she added.
Raja Singh VS Sania:
This is not for the first time that Raja singh came up with allegations against Sania. After Pulawama attack, which took the lives of 40 CRPF Jawans, Raja Singh demanded Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhara Rao (KCR) to remove her from the post of Brand ambassador of Telangana. “Sania Mirza is daughter-in –law of Pakisthan, She should be removed,” he demanded.
Raja Singh did not spare Sania’s husband, Pakistani cricketer Shoaib malik. He came up with a tweet saying Shoaib should not be allowed to play in India and we will not let him enter Telangana. This tweet is in reply to Shoaib’s tweet “Hamara# Pakisthan Zindabad”.
Now on Oct 23, when a cow was found shot dead with bullet injuries in a farm house, Raja Singh demanded KCR to order investigation into the incident and Sania’s role in it. He said,”The farm house watchman Omer was arrested by police and locals have seen Sania on the spot. I demand an enquiry.”
