BHAKTI-LOVE AMBROSIA Part III

Bhakti is like a colourful rainbow
in dreamy heart and like a choral ode.
Hues all but soon flow as one silver glow
and meld all notes as Om, the primal word.

It’s local made, on earth, the humans’ home.
It’s better than ambrosia, in taste;
juicier than Soma, heaven’s sour rhizome,
and nutritious than havis, the angeles’ feast.

It’s cosmic union, divine romance
and numinous experience within
the mortal form. Ye sing, ye jump and dance,
till tears of joy explode through ecstatic din.

The one who won Bhakti, has nothing else
to earn and relish in this universe.
He’s like a well, fulfilled by monsoon spells
and like a sated koel singing spring verse.

The one who drinks Bhakti-nectar becomes
nectar himself- his countenance honey,
his smiles sugary, words luscious plums,
his mien yummy and diction syrupy.

It’s salvation without renunciation.
When Jnana is churned and Karma clarified-
the cream is pure Bhakti-the divine fun,
when body and the soul flow unified.

And lo, Bhakti is same to all and all
can own bhakti. No caste, no creed, no race
andcolour is a bar. Such boon befalls
not by ones birth but only by my grace.

It’s like a brilliant sunny day outside
invitingyou. To bask in blessing beams,
you’ve to just open the doors and windows wide
and fast. Don’t wait, allow those blissful streams.

Dames…Bhakti halts your swinging life-trapeze,
makes you steady and dons with colourful wings
of cosmic sense. When lead you life with ease;
serene, sober but sweet, sans mortal strings.
