- Party will be vote cutter or biter in major constituencies
- Will impact nearly 72 out of 117 assembly segments
- YSR cadre to support YSRTP
- Sharmila to launch party officially on July 8th
Hyderabad: Daughter of late YSR, Y.S. Sharmila’s party, YSRTP, is creeping slowly into the minds Telangana political cadre, particularly among YSR’s followers. Admirers of late YSR are showing sympathy on both YSR and Sharmila, for being a lady in the political arena of Telangana state. The major political parties in the fray in Telangana are driven by male faces like KCR, Bandi Sanjay and Revanth reddy, but women voters and YSR’s cadre are looking for a fresh face like Sharmila as per internal survey reports.
A survey report is going viral on YSRTP, done by National Political Consultancy (NPC) which claims that party will influence nearly 72 assembly segments in upcoming elections. The Chennai based consultancy has toured Telangana for three months before submitting report. Survey further states that if strong candidates are fielded in these segments, there will be a good fight. The consultancy did not open up with the number of seats party will win, but reported that YSR’s followers are strong in these segments and might tilt towards YSRTP as days progressed. One does know for sure how far the survey is true as the political parties come out with a mind games before launching a party or starting political game. But if it is true, surely YSRTP will decide the next CM for Telangana state as party will mainly cut votes of major political parties in the fray.
Party will be launched at JRC centre, Nanakramguda, on July 8th in presence of 33 district leaders. Party flag has been finalised with 70% milky white and 30% blue colour. With YSR’s image on the flag in white colour and sparrow in blue, Sharmila will announce her future plans at JRC. She would be going to Idupulapaya from Bengaluru on 8th morning by road and pay tributes to her father YS Rajasekhara Reddy at 8.30 am. From there she will be flying by a special flight to reach Begumpet airport at 2 pm. Then, she would garland YSR statue at Panjagutta centre at 3 pm and would go to JRC Function Hall at Jubilee Hills at 4pm and announce the launching of YSRTP at 5 pm.
