Nellore: Anandayya has announced that the distribution of corona drug will start from the 7th of this month (Monday). Drug kits will be distributed to all district collectors. Anandayya released a video to this effect on Saturday evening. He said that the propaganda made by some people that he was not distributing the drug was untrue and asked no one to believe it. The drugs are being manufactured and will definitely be distributed from Monday. He said he had initially decided to focus on other areas after distributing the drug to every household in his own constituency, Sarvepalli.

District authorities would distrbute
The distribution of corona medicine kits to all district collectors will also start from the 7th. He pleaded that no one should come directly to Krishnapatnam for medicine. It was clarified that the drug would be sent to all the districts by the authorities and would be distributed under the leadership of the authorities. He said the government had given permission to manufacture and distribute the drug in order to serve as many people as possible.

Sarvepalli MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy has condemned the criticism made by former minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy that corona drugs are being sold through websites and the propaganda made by some on social media that Anandayya is not distributing drugs.

Dont drag me into politics: Anandayya
Anandayya condemned the remarks made by former minister and TDP leader Somireddy that the YCP leaders had created a website to make his medicine available online for the prevention of corona. Anandayya, who spoke to the media in the wake of Somireddy’s remarks, vehemently opposed his remarks. The website has nothing to do with MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy, Anandayya said.

Anandayya appealed that he should not be dragged into politics. “If you have anything, look directly but don’t drag me into your politics,” Anandayya commented. He clarified that there was no truth in the news coming saying that the drug would not be distributed from Monday. Anandayya clarified that steps are being taken to distribute the drug to all the districts from Monday

War of words
Earlier, TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy alleged that the ruling party leaders wanted to do business with the Anandayya’s drug which they wanted to give to the people for free.

He also said that the website was created by YCP leaders to provide Anandayya medicine online. Sarvepalli MLA Kakani Govardanreddy has reacted seriously to Somireddy’s allegations which escalated to personal abuse.

Somireddy was talking in a degrading manner and Kakani demanded to show evidence to support the allegations. It is known that there has been a war of words between Sarvepalli leaders over Anandayya’s medicine from the very beginning. As the controversy escalated recently, Anandayya came up with a strong counter.
