We Will Arrest Vikram Goud Once He Is Discharged: CP Mahender Reddy

The Commissioner of Police said that a case was registered against six people, declaring Vikram Goud as A1 convict.

Hyderabad:  The city police drawing curtains on the drama enacted by Vikram Goud, son of Congress Leader Mukesh Goud, paraded the accused in the alleged attempt to murder case before media on Wednesday.

The police, who identified nine people involved in the case, arrested five of them — Nandakumar, Sheikh Ahmed, Rayees Khan, Babu Jaan, and Govindareddy. Venkataramana and Gouse are the other two accused in the case. The police are still hunting for them.

The police have identified five of the accused belong to Kadapa and Anantapur districts. They seized Rs 5.3 lakhs cash, a gun, a car, and eight cell phones.

The police have been strongly suspecting the role of Vikram Goud in the incident, finally confirmed his role. Vikram has, in fact, admitted that he planned his suicide attempt drama on his second day at hospital.

The Commissioner of Police said that a case was registered against six people: Vikram Goud A1, Nandu A2, Shaikh Ahmed A3, Rayees Khan A4, Babu Jaan A5, and Govind Reddy A6.

The Commissioner said Vikram Goud will be arrested once he is discharged from the hospital. There were reports that the police wanted to arrest him today and parade him before the media, however, the hospital refused to discharge him citing the reason that his treatment is continuing.
