Warangal wears a pink look for TRS Foundation Day
Warangal: All roads in Telangana are now leading to Professor Jayashankar pranganam in Warangal, as preparations are being made for the 16th foundation day celebrations of TRS. People from across the State, especially farmers reached the venue in the scorching heat.
The party made extensive arrangements for the meeting: 20-lakh water packets, 10-lakh buttermilk packets, 200 water tankers, six health camps and special ICU along with temporary toilets were made at the venue.
The thirteen committees that were formed to look into the arrangements got everything ready for the people who are expected to attend the meeting.
Meanwhile, opposition parties and student unions have called for a protest in the public meeting. Police are taking necessary precautions to detain them before they enter the venue. They plan to take the protestors into custody. A special department was assigned this duty. The intelligence sleuths are also busy gathering news.
