Vimalakka meets Kodandaram
Hyderabad: Telangana United Front (UTF) president Vimalakka has slammed the State government for letting loose police on Telangana JAC leaders behavior on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Vimalakka met Telangana JAC chairman Prof. M Kodandaram and closeted with him for some time. Speaking to the media later, Vimalakka condemned the arm-twisting activities of police and wondered whether “We are living in our own State or in an alien State”. Criticizing Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for showing special treatment to the Police department, Vimalakka asked the Chief Minister as to why he was not interested in implementing his assurances made on the eve of the last elections. She called upon the people to get ready for another movement.
