Pawan Kalyan At X Junction

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is not in a position to move forward or backward regarding his political agenda.

Amravati: Jana Sena, the party which was launched with a hype and slogan” To Question” is at cross roads in the present scenario in politics.

When all the main parties are gearing up for next assembly elections to be held in 2019, Pawan Kalyan is still in dilemma whether to move with party or to continue with the show on silver screen.

Pawan Kalyan who is busy with Trivikram’s flick in Hyderabad has no pucca plans to counter ruling party in AP and at the same time, he has no particular philosophy or guidance from a senior politician to gear up the cadre. In other words, its a ONE MAN SHOW.

He is keeping his ideas restricted to himself without giving any clue to the cadre, but his close aides strongly believe that he will create a huge impact on state politics.

Appointment of writers, social media activists, recruiting soldiers all was made in a haste without any proper plan or agenda.
Pavan at one stage shows interest to move with communists and on the other hand keeps mum on AP CM Naidu and this double strategy is pushing his cadre in dilemma.

There is only action from Pawan Kalyan but no reaction from public and if he continues to be the same, it is sure that party will fare worse than what his brother Chiranjeevi’s PRP did in 2009 elections.

It is better for him to wrap his shootings and plunge into action as soon as possible if he wants to establish himself in people’s heart as a politician.

YS Jagan Changes Plan, Directs Leaders

Opposition party Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is gearing up for next Assembly elections with a new strategy and new game-plan.

Amaravati: Time has come in AP for a battle for next round of assembly elections. Top parties like YSRCP, BJP are preparing to change their strategies to go into public in coming days.

YSRCP: After Jagan returned from New Zealand, first thing he had, was a meeting with party seniors. He was irked by the response from his senior leaders about the comments on water leakge issue in his Assembly office. He expressed anguish at his party leaders for not utilising the opportunity perfectly to defame TDP in that aspect.

Jagan decided to have a look at the water leakage issue in coming days and he was surprised to see Government giving the case to CID. As per the direction of his political strategists, Jagan decided to stay in Amaravati for 3 days in a week to get closer to the people.

Jagan also decided to start office at Tadepalli and directed his leaders to have media conference from at Tadepalli office in coming days with good spokesperson.

Jagan is gearing up for public meetings from October this year with rallies keeping land scams and false promises as talking points in the public meetings along with main agenda of Speial Category Status.

BJP: It pinned hopes on Modi’s tour in Vizag and gearing up to go alone in coming elections. But PM’s trip has been postponed as the dates of the proposed meeting of the party’s national executive in Vizag have clashed with the dates of the presidential elections. BJP wants to increase its vote bank bit feels overshadowed by TDP all these three years. We have to see how it will work for the party in coming days.

Jana Sena: it is clear that, Jana Sena will move with communist parties in coming elections as per now. But the party has no cadre at booth level and surveys predict only 2% voting for the party with their leader not in a position to win a single assembly seat.

If we look at AP political scenario, it will be once again a battle between TDP and YSRCP, but the result may differ from actual situation as per political analysts.

“U” Turn By Pawan Kalyan?

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan was forced to take a U-turn when he supported the Congress rally since the NDA govt has gone back on the promise

Hyderabad: Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan said that he will support any party which extends support for Special category Status to AP.

His twitter became active and started tweets once again on the developments in Andhra Pradesh, particularly on the meeting of Congress party held at Guntur on Sunday.

Reacting to the invitation by Congress Chief to attend the meeting which is for SCS, Pawan said, his presence is difficult due to the short notice as he was busy with film schedule, but extended his support to the meeting.

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, CPI General secretary Suravram Sudhkar reddy graced the meeting.

The actor turned politician said that all parties should come on one platform to take on the centre to force it to implement the promise on Special Category Status.

Pawan Kalyan, who campaigned for TDP-BJP alliance in 2014 started rising voice against these both parties for not fulfilling the promises made during election campaign.

His slogan in 2014 was CONGRESS HATAHO DESH BACHO, but now he took U turn and extended support to the party which was main reason for the mess.

Lets see what stand would Jana Sena Chief take ultimately before 2019 elections.

Rayala Seema Gives Shock To Pawan Kalyan

Pawan Kalyan’s plan to contest from Anantapur district in Rayala Seema was opposed by the leaders of Rayala Seema Rastra Samiti. Pawan is yet to react.

Anantapur: Up to now Jana Sena Chief Pawan kalyan kept on saying that he will contest from Ananthpur district, Rayalaseema, and we have not seen any resistance from political parties or from Jana Sena cadre.

But for the first time, Pawan faced a jolt from Venkata Subba Reddy Kuncham, President of Rayalaseema Rastra Samithi.

Reddy questioned, how could Pawan contest from Rayalaseema? He further claimed that all political leaders are using Seema for their political benefits. He reminded how Chiranjeevi used PRP for his political gains and later merged with Congress. He said Pawan is also following the footsteps of his brother.

Subba Reddy further said that Rayalaseema gave chance to many CMs but the region is still undeveloped, Even CM Naidu is looting Rayalaseema and investing in Amaravathi, he said.

He further said that a massive protest will be launched soon against the injustice done to Seema.

Pawan Kalayan: Will He Face Balakrishna In 2019 Elections?

Pawan Kalyan’s fans want him to contest from Hindupur constituency in Anantapur district and defeat Balakrishna. It will be a mother of all battles.

Hindupur: Speculations in Jana Sena are paving way to a war between two film celebrities in the next elections which will be between Hindupur MLA Balakrishna and Pawan Kalyan.

Pawan Kalyan, actor-turned-politician, announced many times that he will be contesting from Anathpur district in 2019 elections. Jana Sena cadre is keeping pressure on him to contest from Hindupur for two reasons. Facing Balakirshna will certainly bring boom to the party in Anathpur district as Balayya is facing anti-incumbency in his constituency and secondly Kapubalija community vote bank along with minorities are moving away from the TDP in this constituency according to a brief survey by Jana Sena.

This seat has been a forte of the TDP from 1983 when NTR won the seat and Balakrishna won the seat with ease in 2014 elections.

But it is not easy for him if he chooses to contest from the same constituency as anti-incumbency is strong against Balakrishna. Hindupur voters are angry with him for not visiting constituency from past six months and as per Balakrishna’s promise he did not solve the water problem too in the constituency.

At the same time, it is not easy for Pawan Kalyan to win the seat since he does not have strong cadre and has to face triangular fight with YSRCP becoming strong at ground level.

Both leaders are keeping their options wide open with Balakrishna looking towards Penamaluru constituency of Krishna district and Pawan keeping Gunthakal of Ananthpur district as safe bet.

But if both decided to contest from Hindupur, it will be an interesting fight in AP politics.

Why Pawan Decides To Sell The Car He Likes Most?

One wonders why Pawan Kalyan has decided to sell the car he liked most. The reason he gave is not convincing.

Hyderabad: Pawan kalyan, actor-turned-politician, came out with a shocking news about his car, Mercedes Benz. Pawan has to sell his car due to the high EMI’s he has to pay for the car.

Pawan kalyan bought the car of his choice, but after hearing that he has to dispose it, one gets doubt if the reason he cited is true.

Pawan Kalyan Supports Agitation On Dharna Chowk

Dharna Chowk at Indira Park is the dais for raising the voice against problems faced by citizens, Pawan said.

Hyderabad: The actor- turned-politician Pawan Kalyan tried to pacify the controversy he sparked over the appointment of TTD EO. Addressing the media on Thursday at Jana Sena party office, Pawan said that he is not against North India.

“I give a lot of importance to the Hindi language. There is a Hindi song in my film Khushi. But, I only said that South Indians too should be given opportunities on par with North Indians. I’m not against the appointment of Anil Singhal. When I met Modi in Ahmedabad I told him about the issues. I took the issue of discrimination against South Indians to Modi’s notice, he explained.”

People who want the country to be united must raise their voice on issues, but it should not affect the integrity of the country, he said.

Everyone has a right to protest in a democracy. And democracy gave the right to raise the voice when justice is not done, he said. Dharna Chowk at Indira Park is the dais for raising the voice against problems faced by citizens, he observed.

Announcing Jana Sena support to the agitation for Dharna Chowk, he said it’s not fair to stop peaceful protests.
Condemning the arrest of farmers who are protesting for support price, he said that he is not against any party. “I will be on people’s side,” he said.

Pawan Kalyan: Be Fair With Two States In Chilli Prices

Pawan Kalyan has flayed the Central Government for showing bias against Telangana farmers while deciding the quantity of chillies to be purchased.

Hyderabad: Jana Sena Chief Pawan kalyan flayed  Central Government for its unfair attitude between two states in Chilli farmers’ issue.

Centre announced that it would buy chillies at cost of Rs 5000 per quintal under Market Intervention scheme, upto May 31st. Added to this, Union Minister Venkiah Naidu stated that a maximum of 88,300 metric tons can be procured under MIS scheme from AP, where as in Telangana he restricted the quantity to 33,700 metric tons.

Pawan lashed out on this bias between the two states and in a press release stated that centre should procure the same quantity as it did for AP .

He further added that ₹ 5000 per quintal as announced by the Centre will not offset the  falling prices and the support price should be further increased by Centre.

In a media statement, Pawan said that farmers are protesting on roads in two states which shows the situation of farmers who were neglected by the governments is very bad. It is not good for the country if the farmers are made to suffer, Pawan said.

Pawan Kalyan Draws Criticism

Pawan’s recent visit to Andhra Jyothy’s Office after the building was damaged in a fire accident draws criticism.

Hyderabad: Pawan kalyan launched Jana Sena with an enthusiastic and an emotional speech in front of a large crowd with a slogan, “Not for Power But to Question the Power”. Pawan’s followers hoped that he would be a game changer in the upcoming elections, as he did in 2014 elections.

But pouring water on their hopes, Pawan became a part-time politician with tweets and press notes. The Jana Sena Chief visited Andhra Jyothy Office, when he came to know that it was hit by a fire accident. He spent a few hours at the office and consoled the management.

But this led to a severe criticism from people of AP. Now, they question him: where was Pawan when 15 people were killed in Erpedu’s lorry accident? Many ask if Pawan had no time to visit victims who were hospitalised during Diwakar’s bus accident at Nandigama or at Ananthpur?

Pawan responded by only tweeting on these incidents. Political experts felt that he could have achieved an extra mileage, if he had personally visited Erpedu or Nandigama

Tollywood actors and politicians from different parties are ready to join Jana Sena in June 1st week, say reliable sources.

Hyderabad: Jana Sena Chief Pawan kalyan is least bothered about surveys or comments made on his party by opposition leaders. Pawan Kalyan is focused on contesting in both Telugu states not unduly bothering about the results.  Jana Sena Chief is busy with Trivikarma’s flick and shoot is going on at Ramoji Film City at brisk pace.

Jana Sena Chief’s close friend, comedian Ali will be the first actor to announce the decision of joining the party. Ali, who tried to contest for an Assembly seat in the last elections in TDP ticket. But the ticket was denied by senior leaders of the ruling party. As per our sources, Ali may contest from Guntur or Rajahmahendravaram in Jana Sena ticket. Another Tollywood actor who will represent Jana Sena is Nithin from Telangana. But he is limited only to campaigning for party, as Nithin is not interested in a contest. Suman, who is in the BJP for a few years, may join Jana Sena in coming days.

Jana Sena Least Bothered About Lagadapati’s Survey

Lagadapati Rajagopal uses his so called survey to curry favour with Chandrababu Naidu and angers Pawan Kalyan’s fans in the process.

Vijayawada: Former MP Lagadapati Rajgopal, popularly known as ‘Andhra Octopus’, comes out with a survey report whenever he is not in picture. His survey was correct a few times when late YSR was CM. But after that Rajgopal’s survey failed many times and left a question mark in its genuity.

A few months back, Rajgopal made a survey and stated that YSRCP will come to power. Now the latest buzz in political circles is his survey report on TDP which was done in November 2016.

As per his survey TDP will win 160 seats if party contests alone. If it allies with BJP, the number of seats would be restricted to 140 to 150 seats. His survey shows that TDP will win 23 Lok Sabha seats.

Jana Sena, which was launched by film actor Pawan kalyan will get only 3.9% vote share in 2019 elections, according to the alleged survey. After hearing about Ragopal’s survey, Jana Sena leaders are not ready to accept the outcome and they are rubbishing the survey. How can he change his survey within two months which predicted YSRCP’s win and now claim victory for the changed the TDP? Jana Sena mainly argues that one factor can change the total scenario in politics. One factor might work as negative for one party and positive for another.

But there is nothing visible which can result in a vote share swing towards TDP in the last two months and only Lagadapati can explain what made him to reverse the result. Is it because Lagadapati is eyeing the Vijayawada LS seat and preparing the ground to join the TDP? The fact that Lagadapati had met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at Amaravati recently and it was only after that meeting the so called survey report has been made public smells a rat.

Jana Sena Ready To Face Early Elections: Pawan Kalyan

Pawan Kalyan says his party Jana Sena is prepared to face early elections next year.

Hyderabad: Jana Sena Chief Pawan kalyan in his tweet stated that Jana Sena is ready to face elections at any time in 2018.

With early poll bugle echos from all parties across state touched Jana Sena, Pawan reacted that party will face elections at any time and there is no pressure on him and has sufficient time to cope with the matter.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had reportedly hinted at the State going for early elections in 2018 and asked the leaders to get ready. This made Jana Sena Chief change his strategy as per party sources.

Pawan will complete all film schedules in coming six months or by the end of 2017. Pawan does not want to sign any new films in 2018.

Pawan  has decided to launch the campaign in 2018 January according party sources. From January, he will be in public, fighting on issues related to the people and waging war against ruling party. This once again gives clear picture that Jana Sena does not want to go with TDP in coming elections.

There are calls from CPI and Lok Satta parties to join hands with them, Pawan will decide on this issue in coming days.

Pawan is planning to complete booth in charges and coordinators before November 2017.

Party sources say, only Pawan will take up the issue of selecting candidates and there will be no second thought related to this issue.

Jana Sena completed its first round of recruiting activists in Anantapur district on Friday. Party has plans to contest from Telangana too, but scenario looks to be difficult for the party to fight alone in political arena of Telangana.

Delimitation Is Not An Issue Bothering Netas

Even if the EC refuses to increase the number Assembly seats through Delimitation, the entry of Jana Sena will open 175 options (seats) for the aspirants. If BJP too is going alone, there would be an added 175 options.

Amaravati: The Central government and the State Election Commission have clarified that there is no proposal to increase the number of Assembly seats in the two Telugu States for the next round of elections. Though the ruling parties in the two Telugu States are claiming that they would get the Assembly seats increased as per the AP Reorganisation Act, the chances of increasing the number of seats are very less or rather appear to be nil as it require Constitutional amendment.

There were such negative statements and indications from the Central government on several occasions for the increase of the number of Assembly seats. The State Election Commission had categorically said that there was no proposal for delimitation of the Assembly seats in the State. State Election Commissioner Bhanwarlal in a reply to tribal leader Suryanayak, had said that the EC had no delimitation proposal and this had ruled out the possibility of having more Assembly seats.

However, the leaders are not worried about the increase in the number of seats for the 2019 elections. The decision of the Jana Sena to contest the next elections had opened 175 seats for the aspirants. Though Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan indicated that he would not entertain turncoats, he would be forced to accommodate several leaders like Bonda Umamaheswara Rao and Ganta Srinivasa Rao, who are now with the ruling TDP. There are several such leaders who are expected to vacate their seats in the TDP thus opening chances for the new leaders in the ruling party.

The mood of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the State to go alone in the next elections had given scope for the opening of another 175 seats for the aspirants. The BJP, if going alone in the next elections, would certainly take some leaders from the TDP. There are a handful of leaders in the ruling TDP who are not happy with the style of Chandrababu Naidu and the increasing domination and intervention of his son Lokesh both in the government and the party. The senior leaders are looking st alternatives to desert the future leader of the party, Lokesh and the option before them is the BJP.

The Jana Sena and the BJP are set to take greater number of candidates from the ruling TDP, though they would be eating into the Opposition vote bank. With an eye on these two parties, the leaders have started exploring the opportunities to be in the battle with a party ticket, even if the delimitation is not done as promised in the AP Reorganisation Act 2014.

Jana Sena’s Audition For ‘Soldiers’ At Ananthpur Tomorrow

Pawan Kalyan has come up with a creative idea to hold an entrance test for selecting foot soldiers for the party.

Hyderabad: It is not EAMCET or any entrance exam that would be conducted at Ananthpur tomorrow. We are witnessing for the first time a test being conducted for the selection of soldiers (volunteers) for a political party in India. Jana Sena has decided to be professional in its approach.

According to the Jana Sena sources, it is a new and a novel model to choose honest, talented persons to work in politics. But political analysts question the way the party wants to about recruiting its cadre. They are not sure if this method works for Pawan kalyan. Added to this, whether Pawan kalyan limits this model only to Ananthpur or extends to all districts is not known. Written test for party activists for three days is baffling the observers who wonder if Pawan is trying to be over creative as he is in his films.

The party received 3600 applications from across district and exam centre will be at GR Gardens. Applications received belong to different categories like Speaker, Analyst an Content writer and schedule time given to them runs from 9 am to 7 pm.

One has to see how Pawan selects the candidates as he is busy with Trivikram’s flick.
