Scorpene leak: Court orders to stop publishing

New Delhi: ‘The Australian’ newspaper was told by an Australian court to stop publishing more classified information and handover the all available data to French builder DCNS.

Over 22,000 pages of secret data on capabilities of Scorpene submarines built in India jointly by Mazagon Dock yard and DCNS.

Court observed that the confidentiality of information and communication is a matter of utmost importance.

DCNS welcomes this decision of the court.
