Sai Dharam Tej’s movie ‘Jawan’ begins regular shoot
Hyderabad: Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej had started the regular shooting of his next film from today. Of course, the film was formally launched with the muhurat shot a few weeks ago in Hyderabad. The film-makers have finalised the title ‘Jawan’ and there is also an interesting tagline ‘Intiki Okkadu’. It may be worth mentioning here that popular director Harish Shankar of ‘Gabbar Singh’-fame is bankrolling of the movie on the banner of Arunachal Creations and Krishna is the co-producer of the film.
The film, which is said to be an out and out entertainer, is being directed by writer-turned-director BVS Ravi. The launch of the regular shooting of the movie was shared by BVS Ravi through his Twitter account. He says, “We’re starting our shoot today & we all from the unit of #Jawaan need your best wishes!! And the camera rolls on @IamSaiDharamTej as #Jawaan from 9:15AM today!! Wish us all the success!!”
The music for the film is being scored by SS Thaman and this is the third movie in the combination of Sai Dharam Tej and he is hoping of getting a hat-trick musical hit with this movie. According to the sources from the film unit, the subject matter of the movie is something patriotic and as the title suggests, Sai Dharam Tej could be seen as a soldier in this film. Punjabi girl Mehreen is the female lead and she is doing a film with Raviteja titled ‘Raja The Great’ simultaneously under the direction of Anil Ravipudi.
