Renowned scholar Narasimha Rao passes away

Hyderabad: Renowned scholar, academician, and former principal of government degree colleges in Khammam and Karimnagar K.Y.L. Narasimha Rao passed away on Saturday morning.  He was 92 and survived by five sons and four daughters.

He was a popular English lecturer. Many notable personalities of today’s world were once his students and some of them include M.G. Gopal, IAS, K.V. Ramana Chari, IAS, Ravulapati Seetarama Rao, IPS and  Vanam Jwala Narasimharao currently Chief Public Relations Officer to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Narasimha Rao also wrote “Manu Dharma Sastram” the first Telugu version on the laws of dharma, a Sanskrit treatise by Manu on the laws of society.
