Police Make Gajwel ACP An Accused In SI Prabhakar Reddy’s Suicide Case

While the relatives of SI Prabhakar Reddy were alleging from day one of his death that it was due to harassment of higher ups that he committed suicide, police who dodged the issue, finally made the Gajwel ACP Giridhar an accused in the suicide case.

Hyderabad:  After trying desperately to link Kuknoorpally sub-Inspector P Prabhakar reddy’s suicide with that of Sirisha, the police finally made Gajwel Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Giridhar an accused in the SI suicide case.

The investigation officer named Gajwel ACP as accused in the FIR and took up the investigation. The police after altering the case from suspicious death case to abetment of suicide case questioned local policemen in connection with the SI’s suicide incident and recorded their statements.  More: Sirisha Case: No molestation By SI

According to police sources, the higher officials started harassing SI Prabhakar Reddy after he dropped a complaint against the senior officers and their illegal activities in a box set up at Chief Minister’s meeting with the law and order police.

After learning about the letter, the higher officials of Siddipet Commissionerate started harassing the SI.

The relatives of SI Prabhakar Reddy from day one of his death have been alleging that the  the SI committed suicide because of harassment of higher officials. His brother suspecting the role of ACP in his brother’s suicide lodged a complaint with the police.
