Pensioners asked to submit life certificates
Hyderabad: Pensioners of all State Government departments, who are receiving pension through Pension Payment Office (Twin Cities) have been asked to submit their annual verification and other certificates and latest passport size photo duly signed by the concerned bank official/gazetted officer by post or in person to concerned branch Pension Payment Office from November 1 to March 31, 2017.
Pensioners below 55 years have to submit the relevant documents, including non-remarriage/remarriage certificate, signed by a gazetted officer. The family pensioners, who got employment on compassionate grounds or employed prior to receipt of family pension and are continuing in government service have to compulsorily submit the AVC through their concerned drawing officers together with Employee ID No. and send them to concerned branch Pension Payment Office.
If the family pensioner is in receipt of both service and family pension, he/she must submit separate annual verification and other relevant certificates in respect of service as well as family pension. Life Certificate forms are available at APPOs Office/Joint Director, PPO, free of cost.
