Open Letter To Jagan By A Revenue Officer
Vijayawada: An open letter written by a revenue employee from East Godavari district, Ambati Subbarayudu, addressing YSR Congress party president and Leader of Opposition, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing rounds in the social media. The revenue employee, in his letter, had raised objections to the language that Jagan and his MLAs were using against the employees over the years and wanted the party leaders to change it. Meanwhile, APNGOs leaders have also condemned the allegations of YSR Congress legislator Chevireddi Bhaskara Reddy against the government employees.
The revenue employee cited the reported statements of Jagan Mohan Reddy accusing the officials at Visakhapatnam on January 25, 2017, at Nandigama in Krishna district on March 3, 2017, where Jagan Mohan Reddy had reportedly abused and warned the government officials. The employee had also quoted some of the statements of the YSR Congress MLAs like Chevireddi Bhaskara Reddy, S Raghurami Reddy, R K Roja, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy and took strong exception to those remarks against the employees.
The revenue employee said that the YSR Congress MLAs including Jagan Mohan Reddy’s behavior in Assembly too was not acceptable to the employees. “The body language and the remarks against the officials are not acceptable,” he said in his letter and wanted Jagan and his MLAs to change their attitude.
Meanwhile, APNGOs leaders condemned the remarks of Chevireddi Bhaskara Reddy who in Chittoor warned the government employees for acting as the ruling party workers. NGOs leaders A Vidya Sagar observed that the legislator’s remarks against the government employees were highly objectionable and uncalled for. The NGOs wanted the MLAs to withdraw their comments and behave as elected representatives.
