Not Fair To Compare Dangal With Baahubali: Aamir
New Delhi: Versatile actor Aamir Khan felt that one should not compare Dangal and Baahubali-The Conclusion, as both are different in their own ways.
“Both have their own space. Baahubali is a very successful film and no doubt that SS Rajamouli should be appreciated for making such a great movie. One should not forget that both are Indian films of different yore and comparison should not be done. I am yet to watch Baahubali, but heard a lot about it. I congratulate Rajamouli and his team” Aamir said.
Both the movies have grossed a whopping Rs 1500 crore at the box office, although Baahubali is yet to be released in China, where Dangal made huge returns.
“I am happy that Dangal has good openings in China. Both Baahubali and Dangal are making its marks all over the world. I am very proud of ‘Baahubali’ as well,” he added on the sidelines of the grand premiere of Sachin Tendulkar’s “Sachin: A Million Dreams.”
“Dangal,” which collected nearly 720 crore world over earlier, got a new lease of life after it released in China a few weeks ago. Aamir was popular in China with his earlier films: “3 Idiots” and “PK”. They were big hits in China.
