Nellore students meet Pawan Kalyan
Amaravati: Students of the Nellore-based Vikrama Simhapuri University met Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Friday and sought his intervention in solving their problems on the campus.
The students reached the Jana Sena chief by walk from Nellore to Hyderabad, seeking his intervention to solve the problems. The students complained to the Jana Sena chief who was in his new film shooting. They briefed him about the problems on the campus, including corruption and irregularities in the appointment of lecturers and staff.
Student leaders Jonnalagadda Sudheer and Gangi Reddy, who led the walk invited the hero-turned-politician to visit the university. They also requested him to take up the issues with the State government.
Responding to the representation, Pawan Kalyan wanted the government to act on the issues raised by the students of the university on priority. He also wanted the Minister for Human Resources, Ganta Srinivasa Rao to visit the university and solve the problems.
