The events unfolding in Nandyal are sure to create confusion in the respective parties. Silpa Chakrapanireddy who is in TDP presently, might not campaign for TDP candidate against the wishes of his brother. Sources said that because of this reason, TDP kept Silpa Chakrapanireddy away from Nandyal by-election. Chakrapanireddy, who ruled district level politics as an MLC, became silent after his brother joined YSRCP. Though he is continuing his political activities from Srisailam constituency, sources close to him argue that he canat continue for long in Telugu Desam party opposing his brother.
On the other hand, it has to be seen if YSRCP constituency incharge and former MLA, Katasani Ramireddy would cooperate with his nephew. There were rumours that he had tried to convince Jagan to elect Brahmananda Reddy unanimously.
In this context, will the important leaders in the party give importance to relations or will they be committed to their party is the interesting aspect.
