Naidu Makes Controversial Statements On Late Rajasekhara Reddy
Amaravati: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday made a few statements criticizing Late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy during his address to the media and teleconferencing with the party leaders.
Naidu said that Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s follower and smuggler Gangi Reddy had supplied cell phones and money to Naxals to attack him in Alipiri. To cover his name on the day, Rajasekhara Reddy pretended to be in a function at Pulivendula, Naidu said.
Naidu went on to say that Rajasekhara Reddy had felt that his son Y S Jagan would be a threat to his position and made Jagan to stay far away from Hyderabad, while he was the chief minister. As a proof for this statement, Naidu dragged former Chief Minister Rosiah into the picture by saying that this news was confirmed by Rosaiah himself.
Naidu then switching gears to Nandyal election said that the TDP would win in Nandyal, and also predicted that the YSRCP would win only 30 seats in 2019 elections.
