Naidu for 13 MoUs in Chinese

HYDERABAD: AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his delegation will sign 13 Memoranda of Understandings (MoUs) with various Chinese companies during their six-day tour of that country.

The Chief Minister, along with a delegation, is on China visit. In the first leg of the visit to Beijing, the delegation will sign six government-to-business (G2B) MoUs. The AP State government will sign an MoU with Camel Group Co. Ltd – a company that is engaged in the research and development, manufacture, distribution and recycling of storage batteries.

Another MoU will be signed with an industry body, China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). The CCPIT promotes China’s international economic and commercial interests. This is accomplished by developing business cooperation and exchanges with foreign countries. The AP Government will sign another MoU with CCPIT in the construction sector.

The government will further sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd which operates in equipment manufacturing and supply and engineering sector.

Other MoUs with different firms are: New Hope Liuhe Co. Limited for livestock breeding and slaughtering and meat processing, two MoUs with Chinese industries in Beijing, Vertex Cements (India) and Sinoma, Brandix and Chinese professional manufacturer and exporter of blankets, Jiangsu Kingday Textile Co. Ltd, Sichuan Chuanyi Automation Co. Ltd, Panzhihua Guanghua Group Real Estate Development Ltd, Sichuan Vehiline Information Technology Co. Ltd.,

On the last leg of the delegation’s tour in Shanghai, (under business-to-business segment), GMR will sign Memorandum of Understanding with Chinese toy-maker Pals Plush. The world leading play store giant will set up its only overseas operations at Sri City. During the trip, the Chief Minister will also meet a number of industrialists, investors and businessmen to invite them to explore investment opportunities in the AP State.  (NSS)
