Locking of TUF office: HRF seeks CMas intervention

Alleging that locking Telangana United Front (TUF) office was an anti-constitutional act, Human Rights Forum has urged Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to intervene in the issue and see that the office reopened. The Forum alleged that the police were not bothered about the directions of Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy in this regard. In a statement, Forum leaders said according to TUF leader Vimalakka, the ruling party leaders exerted pressure on the police to lock the office. They said their fact-finding committee found that the police raided the office without issuing any warrant or order.
