Lawrence Builds Temple For Mother!

Choreographer, actor Raghav Lawrence has built a temple in Chennai for his mother who is very much alive.

Hyderabad: Actor, choreographer Raghava Lawrence has built a temple for his mother in Ambattur in Chennai.The temple will be formally inaugurated by fight-master Super Subbarayan on Sunday (14th May)

Raghav’s mother Kanmani is still alive and Raghav may become the first man to have built a temple in memory of his mother who is still alive.

Raghav has tremendous respect and love for his mother and has been often quoted as saying that “a mother is equal to God , but for her benevolence, nobility and kindness, the humanity would have perished”
The temple is part of a group of temples in Raghavendraswamy temple complex.

On this occasion, Raghava will distribute sarees to 1000 women and also dhotis to elders.

Rajnikanth’s gesture towards Lawrence

Hyderabad: Lawrence, who is known for charity services built a temple for mother and invited Rajnikanth as Chief Guest who gave green signal without hesitation.Lawrence lost his father at young age and brought up was looked by his mother who struggled a lot in prior days. In return to the service and blessings of his mother, Lawrence built a temple for mother with love.

Lawrence was strong devotee of Raghavendra swamy of Mantralaya and changed his name to Raghavendra Lawrence. Recently Lawrence met Thalaivar Rajnikanth who gave blessing for remakes of his previous hits Moondru Mugam and Mannan, under Raghavendra banner.

Choreographer turned Director says it is an honour to reprise Rajnikanth with these remakes. Rajnikanth, known for Spiritual in real life and simplicity in living, gave green signal for Lawrence mother temple opening and remakes of his previous movies. Lawrence who got  double bonanza and jumped with gesture of  Super Star  has started working on scripts which suits Tamil audience.
