Krish gets a chance to direct trilingual historical biopic in Bollywood
Hyderabad: It is well aware that director Krish’s thought would be very different. His talent has become known with his first movie itself. Very recently, he showed Nandamuri Balakrishna as ‘Gauthami Putra Shatakarni’ and the film’s victory is also quite historic. Surprisingly, he brought out the film with a relatively low-budget, which had made him to earn a Bollywood offer to Krish. It is Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut’s dream project.
Earlier, she planned to bring the film on the history of the courageous woman of India ‘Rani Jhansi Lakshmi Bai’ in the direction of Ketan Mehta. However, popular writer Vijayendra Prasad, who scripted the subject in an extraordinary manner, gave a suggestion to try Krish as the director for her dream project. Already the title of the film was registered in the Film Chamber as ‘Manikarnika’, the original name of Jhansi Lakshmi Bai when she was a child. Efforts are being made to produce the film in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages simultaneously.
