KCR Toying With Cabinet Reshuffle
Hyderabad: Speculation on Cabinet reshuffle in Telangana are rife again. The buzz is that there will be changes in the cabinet soon after the budget session is over. There is a feeling in TRS circles that reshuffle is long due. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) is reportedly toying with idea of dropping some minister’s and inducting new faces.
One of the changes could be the induction of a woman into the cabinet. There has been a lot of criticism in informed circles that there is no representative for women who comprise half of the population.
The Chief minister has promised Koppula Eswar a ministerial berth long ago. KCR might shift two or three young Minister for party work since half of the term is over and elections are fast approaching. The Budget session is scheduled to end on March 27. The reshuffle could take place on Srirama Navami day, according to TRS circles.
