Kanna’s Remarks Create Ripples
Hyderabad: Senior politician and present BJP leader Kanna Lakshmi Narayana’s comments are creating ripples in Andhra Pradesh political circles. Speaking to media he remarked that there will be political quake in AP soon. Saying that Amit Shah is going to tour in Vijayawada, he stated, BJP will give membership to anyone who is interested. He clarified that the party is not a voluntary organisation.
Condemning the murders in Kurnool, he said that BJP will not support murder politics. Meanwhile, his remark of a political quake is leading to a lot of speculation in the political circles.
It is a known fact that the relations between BJP and Telugu Desam turned sour of late. Prime Minister Modi meeting Jagan and later developments are giving an impression that the relations between the two parties are not on a positive note. In this context, Kanna’s remarks seem to be indicating that there would be a decision about continuing friendship between the two allies.
