More Interested In Business Than Politics: Nara Brahmani
Hyderabad: As rumours were rife about Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s daughter-in-law Brahmani is all set to enter politics, she seems to have decided to clarify on the issue. There were rumours that Naidu was trying to keep Kesineni Srinivas (Nani) at a distance because he wanted his daughter-in-law to contest from Vijayawada Lok Sabha constituency. Kesineni Nani has shut down his travel business in the Telugu States recently as he felt insulted by Naidu, who asked him to apologise to Balasubrahmanyam, Transport Commissioner.
Although, Kesineni did not condemn any of the rumours doing rounds about his replacement in the next elections, Heritage Foods Ltd., Executive Director Nara Brahmani decided to make things clear. Attending the golden jubilee function of Heritage Foods Ltd, she asserted that she is not interested in politics and all her concentration is on business and nothing else. She expressed the desire to expand the business across the country.
Social media was abuzz about her entry into politics as she appeared more charismatic, and speaks well in the public, unlike her husband. Even the party cadre was thinking on the same lines. However, by clarifying her stand Brahmani drew curtains on the rumours.
