Inevitable: Venkaiah Naidu
New Delhi: M Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister of Information & Broadcasting, said on Thursday that India had to retaliate and conduct surgical attacks in the midnight of Wednesday and early hours of Thursday across the Line of Control. He said India had acted after a number of warnings to Pakistan.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been assuring the people that proper action would be taken in retaliation to the terrorist attack on the army camp in Uri in North Kashmir. There has been a lot of pressure on the prime minister and union government. Venkaiah Naidu informed that important countries have been informed about the strikes. He appealed to Pakistan to stop aiding and abetting terrorist attacks in India.
