How Could Chandra Babu Be Allowed Into Assembly: Y S Jagan
Amaravathi: YSRCP President, leader of opposition Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy raised questions about the entry of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu into new Assembly building.
Chandrababu, who is involved in ‘Vote for Note’ scam, should be kept aside by Speaker, said Jagan in an open letter to Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao. In order to wriggle out of the case Chandrababu Naidu shifted the Assembly session from Hyderabad to Amaravati in an indecent had Telangana,Jagan commented.
YSJagan appealed to the Speaker to disqualify 21 YSCRP MLAs who were snatched away by ruling party.
‘Don’t mock democracy. Please take proper decision to disqualify these MLAs as per Constitution. ‘We request you to take decision on people’s verdict and disqualify the defectors’, Jagan added in his letter.
Chandrababu Naidu is trying to wrap up the opposition by luring MLAs and suspending MLAs from Assembly, Jagan said quoting MLA Roja’s suspension for one year as an example.
Jagan felt that Chandrababu Naidu lured his MLAs by spending crores of rupees. New Assembly building will become functional from March 2nd and the heat in the Assembly along with soaring temperatures of summer can be witnessed during the forthcoming budget session.
