HC rejects plea for stay on hearing in Jagan case

Hyderabad:A�The Hyderabad High Court rejected a petition seeking stay on hearing, by YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy and Jagati PublicationsA�on Monday.

Earlier, the High Court, responding to the petition filed by advocate Vedavyas asking the investigating agency to speed up the YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddya��s case, has directed the CBI to speed up the case. The court also directed the CBI to conduct trial inA�CBI CourtA�on everyA�Friday.

Challenging the High Court direction to the CBI, India Cements Chief Srinivasan filed a petition in the Court seeking exemption on attending the trial on everyA�Friday. Reacting to it, the High Court granted stay on attending the CBIa��s trial on everyA�FridayA�by India Cements Chief.

In the same manner, Vijayasai Reddy and Jagati Publications filed a petition seeking exemption on attending the CBIa��s trial on everyA�Friday. But the court dismissed the petition and cancelled the exemption given to India Cements chief. -NSS
