HYDERABAD: Congress senior leader and Rajya Sabha member, Hanumantha Rao, has questioned BJP leaders, who earlier described the decrease of petrol, diesel prices as the magic wand of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as to what they would say as the petrol and diesel prices were soar.
