Gutta Slams Congress For Obstructing Growth
Hyderabad: MP Gutha Sukender Reddy on Sunday lashed out at the Congress leaders for coming in the way of development works in the State.
Talking to media persons here on Sunday, Gutta accused the Congress leaders of coming in the way of growth of the State by causing hurdles to projects in power and irrigation sectors. He alleged that Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was behaving in a foolish manner on Yadadri power plant issue.
“Yadadri power plant will be completed by the government as per plan to tide over power problem, but the jealous Congress leaders were creating hurdles to growth process,: Sukender Reddy fumed.
The State government was making rapid strides in every sector towards reaching its destination of Bangaru Telangana and the Congress was making cheap politics for mileage, he rebuked.
He also asked the Congress leaders to shun disinformation campaign against the government which was giving top priority to welfare and development. The people will revolt against the Congress leaders if they failed to mend their ways of obstructing the development, he warned.
The Congress has already lost its sheen and will totally vanish from the State if they continue to malign the image of the government, he said. The State government with a focus on welfare and strengthening rural economy has come up with unique programs like giving boost to fishermen community and Yadavas in the villages, which the previous governments never thought of, he said.
These programmes, he said, will prove handy and remain game changers in the near future and one has to appreciate the programmes for giving push to the downtrodden and masses at rural pockets, who are neglected for decades, he felt. (NSS)
