Global Conclave for investors
HYDERABAD: Telangana Government is all set to woo global level industries and investors to rope in their franchises for Telangana at a world level Conference to be held soon.
Taking a cue from Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao to invite all the world class investors, industrialists and businessmen to the conference, the government officials are in a jiffy making crucial preparations for the event.
To substantiate, IT Minister Rama Rao has said that they are planning to conduct a world class conclave of industrialists, investors and businessmen. The meeting of global level assumes importance as the Chief Minister himself announced it from the LB Stadium during TRS plenary that they will come up with a best industrial policy to give all permissions to the investors, industrialists, businessmen and entrepreneurs in a two-week time.
Besides, Chandrasekhar Rao also promised a hassle-free regime of transparency, accountability. Avoiding corruption will help woo the investors in a big way, he said. At this crucial juncture, the State government has now shifted its focus to conducting a world-class business conference in Hyderabad. This meeting is likely to take place in last week of May, soon after introducing a new industrial policy in the first or second week.
This meeting is most likely to focus on the facilities that the government is willing to provide and infrastructure available for a new industrial policy. Chandrasekhar Rao is reportedly planning to come up with a new industrial policy in the first half of May.
Rama Rao stated that Telangana will be made as a noted investment destination in the country soon through the world-class business conference. Dalit industrialists will get special incentives and encouragement in Telangana State, he said. The Government will provide uninterrupted power supply to industries and safe drinking water through water grid program, he added. (NSS)
