FIR Against Jagan For Questioning District Collector
Vijayawada: Bus mishap tragedy at Nandigama took political turn on Tuesday with ruling and opposition parties trying to take advantage of it to a maximum extent.
Diwakar travels, which belongs to sitting MP, MLA of TDP, plunged into a canal in the wee hours of Tuesday which lead to death of 11 persons. There was no action on driver or bus owners yet, but opposition leader Y S Jagan who went to hospital as a courtesy, had an argument with Collector Ahmed Babu accusing the collector as corrupt.
Government doctor tried to cover up the issue of post -mortem which led to a heated argument. Now an FIR was filed on Jagan for allegedly misbehaving with government officials and preventing them from performing their duties.
According to YSRCP Chief Jagan, report of post-mortem was fabricated and he demanded to know the facts. The whole episode is sought to be presented by the TDP leaders in a negative way showing YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as a villain of the piece.
The media which is favouring Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been playing the episode right from the moment the opposition leader questioned the doctors and the district collector for not conducting post-mortem on the bodies of those killed in the bus mishap.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has spoken about the days when YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was in jail. His party MLC Chandramohan Reddy took to media channels to deride YS Jagan and his father late YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Both of them found fault with Jagan for threatening to send erring officials to jail.
