New Delhi: The alleged perpetrator of 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai and India’s most wanted criminal, Dawood Ibrahim is reportedly in a critical condition at a hospital in Pakistan’s Karachi, according to media reports. The unverified reports say that the underworld don, about whose presence Pakistan has been denying for long, is said to have suffered a heart attack and was admitted to the Aga Khan Hospital in Karachi. However, Dawood’s close aide dismissed the reports and clarified that he was fine.

The mafia don is believed to have been doing these things on orders from Pakistan’s Inter- Services Intelligence. There are also numerous charges of money laundering and extortion against him. India and the US also allege that he financed terror groups including al-Qaeda and Lashkar-e- Taiba.
He is said to have run Mumbai’s underworld by remote control based out of Dubai and Karachi.
India always said that Dawood is being shielded by Pakistan and has multiple addresses in Karachi. This was endorsed by a United Nations Committee. It accepted six out of nine addresses that Inda had submitted as his hideouts in that country.
Though India submitted many dossiers which are proof that Dawood lives in Karachi. However, Islamabad righteously denied his presence
