Chinna Jeeyar Swami rechristens Y’gutta as “Yadadri”
HYDERABAD: Rechristening the pious Yadagirigutta as “Yadadri” and making other eight adjoining hillocks to formulate as “Nine Hills” in Telangana à la Seven Hills of Tirumala Tirupati in AP, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy today showered praises on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his commitment towards development of the Telangana hill shrine to be transformed into a spiritual destination in the days to come.
Much to the delight of the Chief Minister, the Seer gave nod to government proposals in accordance with Aagama Shastra and Vedic norms to develop the shrine besides giving impetus on devotional charm among the people. After a whirlwind tour of heli-hopping at the hillock and its surroundings with the Chief Minister, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy has taken a look at the lakes of Rayagiri and Yadagiri to be developed through Mission Kakatiya project as tourist spots. Approving the prestigious project that would convert the place into a sacred one, he said there are three most sought after destinations – like Yadagiriguttaa and Bhadradri in Telangana and Simhachalam in AP.
Chinna Jeeyar Swamy minced no words to pat KCR stating that the latter has got good vision and plan of pumping in Rs 100 crore for the temple which is a rarity. While developing the temple is like a body, focusing on to spread spiritual fragrance, meditation and devotional aspects among the people like that of soul, he observed. The pontiff also said he did not see such a leader like KCR in the country, who nurtures plans besides spending funds and time for persistent development. “The entire nation will be indebted to KCR, who got blessings and determination from the god to develop temples and spread spiritual activities”, he said.
KCR has commitment, dedication and plan of action, he said and wished him all success in his endeavor to develop the shrine. KCR apprised Swamy of his plan of developing the temple into nine hills and asked him to name other eight hills. The government plans to provide mono rail and temple will provide a vehicle for transport and other facilities. (NSS)
