BJP National Chief’s Visit To Hyd Put Off
Hyderabad: The proposed visit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Amit Shah has been postponed, according to MLC N Ramachandra Rao.
Speaking to the media at State party office here on Thursday, Ramachandra Rao said the Hyderabad visit of Amit Shah has been postponed on the request of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister asked Amit Shah to postpone his meeting as he has to coordinate with NDA allies in view of some important Bills likely to come up in Parliament, the MLC said.
Fresh dates of Amit Shah’s visit would be announced after the party executive meeting scheduled to be held on April 15 and 16, he said.
Replying to a query, Ramachandra Rao alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has violated the tradition by not offering “Pattu Vastralu” in Bhadrachalam temple.
