AP investment drive in Davos during WEF meet
Amaravati: TheA�AndhraA�PradeshA�StateA�government has taken up a unique initiative to project the State as an investment destination at the 47thA�World Economic Forum to be held fromA�January 17 to 20, inA�Davos,A�Switzerland.
Chief MinisterA�N. Chandrababu Naidu would lead the State delegation and address the delegates. He will also make a presentation on investments. The State government has launched a special bus with the wordsA�’Andhra Pradesh No.1 Destination for Corporate Investmenta�� that would go around Davos during the meet.A�
The idea of this unique initiative is to promote Andhra Pradesh as best destination for investments inA�IndiaA�and this would be a repeat performance ofA�the successful idea carried out at the same venue last year.
Chandrababu Naidu has been in touch with the organizers of the World Economic Forum ever since he returned to power in 2014. Keeping in view the bifurcation of the State and the need to rebuild the State, Chandrababu Naidu had been continuously holding consultations with the national and global investors and inviting them to come to Amaravati or any part of the new State.
