All charges dropped against leaders in rail roko case

Hyderabad: Prominent TRS and BJP leaders who were facing criminal charges in connection with the rail roko programme during the thick of the movement for separate Telangana state in 2011, secured relief when the court struck down the cases on Wednesday. Among the leaders cases booked against were the present Telangana Ministers Nayini Narsimha Reddy, KT Rama Rao and Padma Rao, and BJP leaders like Union Minister Bandaru Dattareya, and MLA G. Kishan Reddy  The Railway Court in Secunderabad,   pronouncing its verdict, dropped all the charges against them.
