After KCR, It Is The Turn Of His MLAs
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao (KCR), after turning his Begumpet house into palatial camp office and residence at an estimated cost of more than RS 100 crore, it is now the turn of TRS MLAs who were gifted with swanky homes.
To have a better interaction with public, TRS government has sanctioned 120 crores, 1 crore for each constituency, to come up with a camp office cum residence. Parkala constituency will witness first swanky home which will be inaugurated on March 2nd.
Swanky homes consist of two floors, with first floor to be residence with 3 bed rooms, kitchen, pooja room, drawing hall, dining room and bathrooms.
Ground floor will be camp office with conference hall, VVIP langue, MLA office, and a waiting room for public. This decision was taken after MLAs complained about their inability to visit constituencies due to non-existing residence or camp office.
Another bonanza given by CM KCR for MLAs is sanctioning RS 100 crore for new residential quarters for MLAs at Hyderguda.
Telangana MLAs who are highest paid in the country are enjoying benefits , notwithstanding the poverty the State is steeped into and the myriad problems faced by the poor people, particularly the Dalits and Adivasis.
