ACB Raids Houses Of Medical College Professor And Public Health Engr

ACB raids on the houses of a medical professor and a chief engineer who are partners in business in AP have yielded ₹100 crore worth of disproportionate properties.

Visakhapatnam: Simultaneous raids conducted by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths on Friday in Visakhapatnam and other places in the State identified a medical college professor and a chief engineer of State Public Health Department of the city as having amassed assets worth Rs 100 crore, in excess of their natural incomes.   See Also: Toddler Falls Into Borewell, Rescue Operations In Full Swing

The ACB held raids on the houses of Pamu Panduranga Rao, Chief Engineer in Public Health Department and N Babu Vijaya Kumar, Professor of Andhra Medical College and their relatives on Friday in the city and Vijayawada, Guntur, Hyderabad and at some places in West Godavari District and reportedly found Rs. 100 crore worth assets disproportionate to their known earnings.
